The Firm is 100% black owned and managed and controlled, with a fairly young professional and administrative staff component in both genders. There is a women empowerment policy in terms of which the firm always ensure that we train female professionals by giving them opportunities to serve articles at the firm, and ultimately climb up to be on director level.In upholding affirmative action and related policies, the firm is committed to:
